“Imagine if our culture told us that birth was one of the greatest things a women might ever do.
Imagine if the stories and images we were exposed to taught us that labor is an incredible and transformational experience.
A rite of passage into motherhood.”

Childbirth Education
My goal is to provide you with the confidence and knowledge you need to make informed decisions pertaining to your birth. This will include discussions regarding the different stages of labor, common interventions, as well as what postpartum might look like. I want to provide you with a variety of skills to help aid you in your journey to motherhood.
-
Birth Doula Support
Throughout your pregnancy, I will assist you in envisioning the type of birth that you would like for yourself, and generate a birth plan with evidence-based resources provided upon request. During labor, I will help empower you to advocate for your wants and needs while simultaneously assisting you in different comfort measures by changing positions or applying counter pressure. I will also support your partner in providing comfort for you as well. In addition to physical support, continuous emotional support is guaranteed to help you hold on to and move towards the vision you created for your baby’s birth.

Postpartum Support
From the moment your baby is born, you will have access to daytime and/or overnight newborn care per the number of contracted hours. In addition, I can offer physical and emotional support through any questions or concerns you may have, and an extra set of hands around the house to help alleviate some stressors and grant you the space to focus on and bond with your newborn.
“Throughout every moment. From the ones filled with beauty and appreciation to the ones riddled with doubt and fear, I will be there for you. As your doula, my goal is to assist you both physically and emotionally and remind you of the power you hold. This is your time mama, you got this.”
